Collections of donated goods

If you wish to make a donation of reusable furniture please visit our contact page. We offer a collection service from 9:30am to 1pm on Monday to Friday.

Our collections are free of charge (but we do welcome donations to cover the cost of fuel and contribute to the maintenance of our van).

Urgently needed

  • Beds and bedding
  • Sofas (with fire labels)
  • Wardrobes and chests of drawers
  • Tables and chairs
  • Fridges and fridge freezers
  • Washing machines and electric cookers
  • Small electrical items

We also accept clean and reusable household goods such as curtains and kitchenware in good condition.

Please note that we are unable to accept any items that are not in reusable condition – unfortunately we have to pay to dispose of unsuitable items, which diverts funds away from our mission of helping people in need.

Access to furniture and household items

Recipients of furniture are invited to make an appointment to view our items please view the contact page. There is an admin charge of £25 and a delivery charge: Preston has a charge of £15. Delivery outside Preston e.g. in South Ribble or Chorley has a charge of £25 (plus the admin fee).

Whilst we make a charge for delivery and admin the furniture having been gifted to us is gifted to the client.
