Access to our Warehouse

We no longer invite clients who are referred to our service to visit our warehouse.

All clients referred by our referral agents are contacted by telephone to agree the furniture and help we can provide. It is not possible to provide all furniture and electrical items sought as we rely on public donations and the demand for help sometimes exhausts our stocks. It is often that we signpost to funding sources for cookers. double beds, washers and fridge freezers so overall assistance is beneficial in supporting those referred.

Delivering Reusable Household Items

It is possible for those donating furniture and household items including bedding and kitchen crockery and cutlery etc to deliver to our warehouse but please contact us to arrange the visit.

Please package bedding in size and sets and curtains labelled with measurements so that they can be reused easily.

Our Warehouse is open Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm daily but closed on Bank Holidays and Weekends.
